You can track the shipment of your products by the tracking number that we immediately send to you.

Purchased items are shipped by Ex Works from Warendorf, Germany (Incoterms).

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as freight charge. Handling fees are fixed, whereas freight charge varies according to total weight of the shipment and number of boxes. The exact shipping fees will be indicated on our offer, or the order confirmation.

Packages are usually dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment.
