RMA – RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORISATION

Dear customer, it is required to fill in our RMA form (RMA FORM DOWNLOAD) prior to shipment of the faulty product back to us. Send the form to info@keetouch.eu or to you contact person directly. Please pay attention - product return without completed RMA form cannot be processed. The products and components should be provided in a unique original packaging in a complete set, including the power supply and cables.

A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is a part of the process of returning a product to receive a refund, replacement, or repair to which buyer and seller agree during the product's warranty period.

RMA is carried out in several stages:

  1. Submitting a return application, during which the possibility of a return is established (availability of sales records from the manufacturer, unexpired warranty period). Typically, the application is completed on a special form (RMA form).
  2. Sending defective products to the manufacturer.
  3. Confirmation of receipt of products by the manufacturer, replacement or restoration, return of a working product.
